Empowering aviation interview series ‘Inspire-Ability’ will take centre stage at ‘Aerobility Live’
Disability flying charity Aerobility’s powerful interview series will take centre stage this June with a special live show at Aerobility Live.
Inspire-Ability is a popular online interview series which features stories from some of the most inspirational figures in aviation. For the first time ever, there will be a live interview as part of the series which will take place at ‘Aerobility Live’.
Aerobility Live was first aired as ‘The Armchair Airshow’ four years ago when pandemic restrictions meant public events were banned. This year’s event will again be live-streamed online, but for the first time will also have a limited number of tickets for those who want to watch in person from Blackbushe Airport on the 15th of June.
The live Inspire-Ability show will be hosted by Harriett Pound, an Airbus A320 captain for a major European airline.
The guest in the hot seat will be Katherine Moloney who is the Founder of Elevate(her) Aviation, and the Director of Transair Flight Equipment. Katherine has also been a Department for Transport Aviation Ambassador for the last 2 years, and is a private pilot of both helicopters and fixed wing aircraft.
In May 2023, Katherine Moloney launched Elevate(her), a platform providing resources for aspiring pilots and fostering a supportive social media community. With a mission to raise the profile of female pilots, the organisation is breaking barriers and inspiring the next generation of aviators.
Katherine said: “I am both delighted and humbled to have been asked to be a guest speaker at Aerobility Live! It is always a joy to connect with like minded individuals, and talk about our mutual goals and aspirations for the future of the aviation industry.”
